7 Minutes Workout

 

The product capabilities available in the Handstand Quest app go beyond working out for just handstands. In the interest to see what other types of workouts our users like, and to have more content, we’ve introduced a new experimental workout based on the very well known “7 Minutes Workout”.

It's a high-intensity circuit training that strategically incorporates strength training to work all of the major muscle groups in as little time as possible. The moves are all familiar and accessible, from jumping jacks to planks, squats and high knees. Each movement is done for 30 seconds, with few seconds of rest in between.
